POD Administrator (part-time role) Immediate Start

Main Duties:

Manual attaching of proof of delivery documents (PODs) – searching for jobs in numerous ways to find the specific job to match the POD

Checking quantities are correct.

Checking deliveries for damage or discrepancies on the PODs and reporting any damages to the relevant staff.

Incab / Eitrax scanned pods – cross referencing scanned PODs and manually attaching PODs (Driver paperwork) to transport system.

Attaching correct Incab / Eitrax scanned pods from drivers to system.

Communicating with drivers on a daily basis to ensure that they scan their PODs from each day’s deliveries.

Proactively contact drivers on a weekly basis if PODs are missing. 

Fielding and answering customer email and telephone queries on a daily basis.  Mainly looking for customer PODs or requesting information for previous loads delivered.

Looking after key customer accounts, providing a good service to customers on a weekly basis.

Being responsible for key customers PODs and proactively chasing drivers PODs for key customers on a daily basis for certain.

This role is for immediate start in our Dublin depot.
