Job Specification:
HANNON TRANSPORT is one of Ireland’s leading international refrigerated and general hauliers dealing with the daily transportation of chilled, frozen and dry freight.
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven person who can multi-task and work on their own initiative within a friendly and busy team environment.
Responsibilities and Duties Include
- Responsible for general business invoicing and administration
- Completing checks on accuracy of invoices on a regular basis
- Processing Proof of Delivery documents (PODs)
- Checking and scanning paperwork
- Dealing with and resolving POD queries in a timely manner
- Support to compliance manager – including management and distribution of driving fines
- General administrative duties
Skills Required:
- Administration experience within a busy working environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills to handle multiple tasks, remain focused under pressure and work to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a busy team
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English Grades A*-C
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages including Excel, Outlook and Word.
