Office Administrator (Permanent Full-Time)

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven person who can multi task and work on their own initiative within a friendly and busy team environment.  The Office Administrator (Permanent Full-Time) will be based at our HANNON Transport Ltd (Northern Ireland) office in Aghalee, Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities and Duties Include

  • Responsible for general business invoicing and administration on a daily basis
  • Resolution of customer queries in a timely manner
  • Preparation of credit notes for authorisation
  • Completing checks on accuracy of invoices on a regular basis
  • Checking VAT rate applicability to ensure accuracy over invoices processed
  • Working cross departmentally on various ad hoc duties when required
  • General administrative duties including distribution of business correspondence

Skills Required

  • Administration experience within a busy working environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills to handle multiple tasks, remain focused under pressure and work to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and within a busy team

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including maths and English Grades A*-C
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages including Excel, Outlook and Word.
