Office Administrator (Permanent Full-Time)
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven person who can multi task and work on their own initiative within a friendly and busy team environment. The Office Administrator (Permanent Full-Time) will be based at our HANNON Transport Ltd (Northern Ireland) office in Aghalee, Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities and Duties Include
- Responsible for general business invoicing and administration on a daily basis
- Resolution of customer queries in a timely manner
- Preparation of credit notes for authorisation
- Completing checks on accuracy of invoices on a regular basis
- Checking VAT rate applicability to ensure accuracy over invoices processed
- Working cross departmentally on various ad hoc duties when required
- General administrative duties including distribution of business correspondence
Skills Required
- Administration experience within a busy working environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills to handle multiple tasks, remain focused under pressure and work to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a busy team
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including maths and English Grades A*-C
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages including Excel, Outlook and Word.
