About The Role
The Payroll Administrator will be based at our Aghalee office and work office hours, from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
The role of the Payroll Administrator is to process weekly and monthly employee wages and salaries, calculate holiday pay / sick pay, maintain employee records, process payroll payments and communicate payslips, prepare and file payroll taxes and reconcile payroll accounts.
The Payroll administrator will perform these activities for weekly and monthly paid employee’s working in N.Ireland and within the Republic of Ireland within the Hannon group on separate payroll systems.
What experience do I need?
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
- Be a team player, who is highly organised, and be able to plan and prioritise work.
- Have the ability to meet deadlines.
- Be able to demonstrate meticulous accuracy, with an eye for detail.
- Understanding for the need for confidentiality and discretion.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong experience in MS office packages particular in Excel and Outlook.
